On Saturday November 7, 2009 starting at 6:00 AM until 2:30 PM, engineers will de-energize building 21 for phase 1 of separating common bus duct for new transformer and secondary switchgear. This maintenance has been assessed as a Possible Service Affecting activity with a high probability of an outage or service disruption during the maintenance window.
