Description:

On Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 8:00pm - 10:00pm EDT, NIHnet engineers will upgrade the CATos image code on the CRC 4B Access Switch to address a Cisco identified issue with secure remote access.
Impact:
Please note this NIHnet ENS CRC 4C Access Switch CATos Image Upgrade Maintenance activity has been assessed with a Service Affecting (SA) impact. Specifically, local customers/users in North East Wing and North East Knuckle of CRC that are connected to CRC 4C access switch will lose network connectivity sporadically for 1.5 hours of two hour maintenance window. In addition, current mapping indicates that Hematology Transplant PCU will be impacted.
